At Shobharam’s, we strive to deliver the freshest quality FMCG products, Namkeen, and Sweets. Because our products are perishable and consumable goods, our refund and cancellation policies are strictly defined.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at +91 90689 35364 or info@shobharams.com. Approved cancellations will be refunded fully.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order is handed over to our delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products (Atta, Soan Papdi, Mixtures), we do not accept returns once the product has been successfully delivered.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, an expired item, or the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide an unboxing video or clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item alongside the original receipt.
  • Upon verification, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund for the affected item.

4. Refund Processing

  • If your refund is approved (for pre-dispatch cancellations or damaged goods), it will be initiated immediately from our end.
  • The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment via the Razorpay gateway.
  • It typically takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
